I have discovered that the iPhone camera is rather versitle and always in your pocket. There are apps for Photoshop and Best Camera which allow minor adjustments for enhancing an image. I adjust to render the image true to what my eye perceived.
The Best Camera app allows you to upload images to the Best Camera site as well as Facebook and Twitter. I began, on my birthday November 11, 2010 a "Photo of the Day" project, using my iPhone camera to shoot & upload at least one image each day. Why? Because I can, i guess and because it creates a year long document of visual life. I will try and update the gallery here each day. You may also follow me on Twitter are receive the updates there.
