ProjectsiPPOD - iPhone Photo of the Day
The iPhone has become a bit of an institution. Annie Leibovitz recently said, "The iPhone is the snapshot camera of today."
I began my iPPOD, "Photo of the Day" project on my birthday November 11, 2009, using my iPhone camera to shoot & upload one image each day. The original intent was to hone my eye, and as I have now begun my third year, I find the instinct to find awe in shadow and light, to seek out the image has become an involuntary instinct.
The iPhone camera is always in your pocket. The number of photo apps for enhancing an image have exploded, and while I use several, I still find that less is more. I adjust to render the image true to what my eye perceived.
Other than here, you may also follow me on Facebook or Twitter and receive the iPPOD there.
